The Techno Hawks are a second year FRC Team from Lakeland High School that has already
accomplished so much. We are located in Rathdrum, a small town in Idaho, and we enjoy many outside activities and the beautiful scenery of mountains and crystal blue lakes, which are plentiful.

The goal of FIRST is to inspire young people to be leaders in science and technology by pairing high school students with adult mentors primarily; engineers, technical professionals, business leaders and teachers. Students and adults work together to promote, design, build and program robots that
compete in this high energy 'varsity sport for the mind'.
The FIRST robotics program builds skills with science and technology. These skills result in life-changing, career-molding experiences, while fostering self-confidence, communication and leadership.
The FIRST vision is to transform our culture by creating a world where science and technology are celebrated and where young people dream of becoming leaders in science and technology.
The mission of FIRST is to inspire young people to become influential in the science and technology feilds. This is accomplished by engaging students in exciting mentor-based programs that build new skills in these feilds.
These programs inspire innovation and foster well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence, communication, and leadership.
In Techno Hawks, our mission is to promote community awareness through engineering, technology and business, while expanding personal growth within the team and paving the way for future generations through mentoring, growth, and education. We are working together to make yesterday's future today's reality.
